You too can DIVA-CISE!!

All of us livingston ladies do some form of exercise, right? Well if so (or not) check out Susie Amaya's Yoga class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the senior center. Not only is Susie "fabulous" and gives you a great workout but she can also tailor it to you specific needs or Restictions. BYW....she also is a practicing masseuse who comes home with her own table and incense.


If Yoga is not your thing then try BODYBLASTER. What a workout!! There are some days I wonder whether I can walk after class because my legs are so weak. Debbie, the instructor, is a dance teacher whose energy and enthusiasm is contagious and you can't help but have fun. Her class if offered on some evenings and Friday mornings thru the town.
